Easy to find from the railway station and ideally situated for visits to the fabulous Teutonic Knights castle in Malbork. It's a small town and I only saw one other hotel.
Very cvlose to the Castle
Hotel is located very close to the Malbork castle, 5 minutes on foot. Hotel is located in main shopping street, restaurants, bars nearby. Food in hotel restaurant is nice. Personnel is really nice and helpful.
Room is ver small with a very small window, just like in being in prison. Even though it was a non smoking room it did stink like a smoking room.
Receptionists were very helpful, restaurant had great food and service, room was very clean. We had noisy next door neighbours, but when we called reception to report the noise, it was sorted out very quickly.
That smoking is allowed in every area of the restaurant. We had a 6 week old baby and were disappointed to learn that there wasn't a designated non smoking area. No stairs from the basement car park - only a lift. Even reception confirmed there are no stairs. My wife doesn't like lifts and any how shouldn't there be stairs in case of a fire?
The staff were very helpful and they allowed me to leave my car in the car park longer so I could visit the castle.
The duvets were to small for the beds.
Located on the main street so very handy for centre.
No air conditioning and was very hot whilst there. My room was on the side of the main road so I was unable to leave windows open due to traffic noise. The main door is locked at 11pm so security have to let you in after then.
wonderfully convenient for Malbork castle, tourist train and walking area. parking and lift were also good, internet fast too! Nice to come somewhere that everything is as documented.
our room a bit small - friends had better
The room was really clean and breakfast was good enough.
1. Site says it's right across the castle which is not the case. 2. The room was a bit of a strange shape with a small window as a result air was not reaching bed. in general the room was quite small. 3. Nothing special for the money it costs.
Good location; estetic one and friendly service; But one thing needs a complain. Tv is located on very low level, it is impossible to see the program, especially while the pilows are with out triangle hard support.
The hotel was well located and close to Malbork railway station. The food was of good quality and good value. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff, good town centre location and very comfortable, enjoyed the breakfast too!
Convenient to Malbork castle and to restaurants. Excellent dining room and breakfast.
The room was cramped with four beds in it for three adults.
Its expensive if you compare with the middle price of the rest of Poland, and its not better. No English channels, and no possibility to choose for Original Version for polish or russian channels.
Hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from Malbork's Railway Station. It is around 20-30 minutes of a slow walk to Malbork Castle thru nice, small town center. We stayed at room nbr 111- four bed room with quite big space. Large, clean bathroom with shower. Rich breakfast is served from 7.00a.M. to 0900, on Sundays to 10.00 A.M.:ham, sausages, cheese (white cheese),tomatotes, cucumbers, scrambled eggs, fried bacon, muesli, yoghurts, cake, coffee, tea,orange/apple juice. It's fresh hotel, most of the rooms are on the 1st floor, but there is a lift.
There is no air condition in the room - it might very hot inside when the temperature reaches 30 degrees, otherwise I would recommed this hotel.
Everything was new, clean, the staff were helpful with everything and all spoke English
Location is not ideal - right on the intersection of two major roads, one of which has a lot of pedestrian traffic.. Summer + no air conditioning = window open, but with baby it was too noisy so had to close the window and the room got very hot.
